Demands for your computer and internet connection

1. The broadcast player does not appear on your screen.
To view the player you must have the latest version available of the Adobe Flash Player
installed on your computer.

Also check technical requirements for the computer below.
2. The broadcast has no audio.
Check computer audio settings. Also check that your player software is updated.
3. The broadcast video or audio is interrupted.
The minimum requirement for the internet connection speed is 1,5Mbps, preferably 2Mbps.
To view HD broadcast the minimum requirement is 3,5 Mbps, preferably 5Mbps. Also check
technical requirements for the computer below.
4. The stream is interrupted.
Try to start the player again. If the player does not start then reset your browser and load the
player again. If the player still does not start then restart your computer.

MIND Pay Per View (PPV)

1. You are unable to log in.
Check if the entered login code is correct. Check the SMS for the correct logiin code.
2. You are unable to log in with the PPV code.
Restart your browser and start the player again. If the problem still occurs than restart your
computer.
3. You have no answer to SMS.
Check that you have sent the SMS to the correct number with the correct keyword. If it
takes longer than ten minutes to get the answer SMS than contact the customer service at
support@mind.ee . If the system is overloaded than it can take several minutes to get the
SMS answer.
